Spabond 440 is the new generation of toughened structural epoxy adhesive, replacing SP340. This product has a sag resistance of up to 20mm and has been optimized for rapid dispense from cartridges or automated mixing machines. The Spabond 400 series range is now only available with two hardener speeds – Fast & Slow. Along with a new mix ratio 3:1 by volume. The fast hardener speed has a cured colour of pink, whilst the slow speed hardener has a cured colour of green. This product is available in 385ml cartridges, 5KG and 20KG straight-sided pails for machine mixing/dispensing.
